Health is the most valuable possession of life and it is a mandatory responsibility of every human that he/she must take adequate care of self health properly as without having good health one could not life his own life very well as one should live.
Most of the people suffer from different types of health related problems because of not taking care of their own health, most of the people faces minor health related problems such as head ache, body ache, stomach ache, sprain, swelling, loose motion, nausea, vomiting, cold and flu etc. whereas on the other hand because of not taking proper care of self health some of the people at an extent level faces and suffers from major health related problems till their last breath such as AIDS, tuberculosis, filaria, paralysis, heart attack, various types of cancer such as oral cancer, breast cancer, uterus cancer etc.
The main reason behind the bad habit of the people of not taking proper care of their own health is the fast paced life of the people, the life of the today’s people is of very busy type in which they had to do a lot of official and as well as personal works and along with this they had to perform several personal and official responsibilities too in their daily life because of which they faces health related problems and because of not giving preference to its prevention people suffers from the health related problems further.
